The Great Thatched Barn is situated within the grounds of the spectacular Falmer Court Estate just 15 minutes outside Brighton and only an hour from central London. Our venue is the perfect location for an array of both private and corporate events.
We pride ourselves on flexibility and can adapt the barn to suit your needs and requirements. We are currently operating as a rustic-style venue but will be opening March 2023 as a stunning fully-equipped events venue.
Seating up to 200 guests for a dinner or conference or hosting a standing reception or party. We have the capacity and flexibility to suit any style of event.
