We will only store your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the GDPR.

Where we transfer your data to a third party based in the US, this may be protected if they are part of the EU-US Privacy Shield. This requires that third party to provide data protection to standards similar to those in Europe. More information is available from the European Commission.

Personal data security is essential to us, and to protect personal data, we take the following measures:

  • All data held by Falmer Court is encrypted digitally
  • Falmer Court do not hold any physical data or paperwork on any of its subjects
  • Encrypted data is stored safely within our Head Office and is not removed from the premises
  • Your data is not accessible by unauthorized personnel
  • Data held by Falmer Court is safeguarded from virus, malware and spy software
